What to Expect When You Work with Bridgwater Bathrooms

Your step-by-step guide to how we turn your bathroom dreams into reality

At Bridgwater Bathrooms, we know that renovating a bathroom is a big investment—not just in money, but in time, trust, and peace of mind. That’s why we’ve built a process that makes things as smooth and stress-free as possible, with expert guidance and clear communication every step of the way.

Here’s what you can expect from the moment you get in touch:

1. Initial Enquiry

Whether you fill in our contact form or call us directly, your journey starts with a friendly chat. Amanda (our founder) or Giulia (our Client Experience Specialist) will respond to discuss what you’re looking for and arrange a installer to visit—or a video call if that suits you better.

2. Consultation & Design

We’ll come to your home to measure up and talk through your ideas. Want guidance on layout or style? We’ve got you. We can provide a full brochure, a personalised selection of recommendations, and even CAD drawings to help you visualise the space.

Some clients want us to handle it all, others already know exactly what they want—we’re happy either way.

3. Quotation

After your consultation, you’ll receive a clear written quote. This typically includes:

  • Labour

  • Fixtures and fittings

  • Any additional contractors (e.g. electricians, plasterers)

  • Optional asbestos survey (if needed)

  • Optional waste disposal

We don’t do vague pricing—just straightforward details so you can make an informed decision.

4. Booking Your Spot

Ready to go ahead? A deposit secures your place in our schedule. Our waiting list varies—typically between 3 to 6 months—but we’ll always give you a realistic estimate and keep you updated as your start date approaches.

5. Before Work Begins

Most clients choose to have us handle the removal of their old bathroom, but it’s totally up to you. We’ll confirm start dates and arrival times well in advance, and update you if anything shifts (because, let’s be honest, things sometimes do in this industry!).

6. During the Project

You'll have the same core team working on your bathroom throughout, and we coordinate any additional specialists as needed. You won’t need to chase different trades - Julia is your point of contact for anything you need.

We check in at key points, especially mid-way through and just before final invoicing, to make sure everything is on track and you're happy.

7. Completion & Feedback

Once your new bathroom is ready, we’ll give you a call to check you’re happy with every detail. If there’s anything that needs adjusting, our promise is that we’ll put it right.

We also love hearing your feedback—it helps us grow, improve, and celebrate a job well done.

Your Home, Handled with Care

Our mission is to deliver quality bathrooms with care, transparency and craftsmanship. Whether you want a simple refresh or a full transformation, you’ll always know where you stand with us.

Have questions? Want to talk through ideas? Get in touch—we’re always happy to chat.
